| June 2010 - Congrats to Greg Hoffman, selected to the All-Decade Winter Track Team in The Pole Vault. Greg jumped 15' as many as five time during his senior year coming very close at a new county record several times. |

| Winter 2009/2010 - Sam Janssen ran a 1:56.96 800 at the Lafayette Rider Winter Games in NY (banked track) and followed up with a 1:57.38 at the PSAC Championship in Edinboro, PA. The 4x8 team clocked a 7:50.11, for 2nd place. Sam split high 1:55. |

| June 2009 - Head Coach Connie Washnik repeats as Coach of the Year for girls, for the fourth year in a row. She was also boys Coach of the year in 2006 and 2008! |

June 2009 - Jessica Lehmann, competing at Rhode Island threw the shot, indoors, 35' 8.75" and the weight 38' 6". Outdoors she threw the javelin at the New England Championship, she placed 4th with adistance of 133' 5". In a track meet in Point Pleasant she increased her discus best to 140' 1/2"! Awesome Animal!

April 12, 2008 - Jessica Lehmann, a junior at Rhode Island threw the discuss 131' 04" (40.04m) and the javelin 101' 4" (30.88m). Awesome Animal!
April 26, 2008 - Jessica competed at the Brown Invitational and threw hammer and discus. She placed 2nd in the discus with a new PR of 135' 2"! She is now less than 2 feet from the ECAC qualifying standard of 137'.

February 2008 - John Carabetta, a track athlete at Marist College and 400 meter specialist qualified in the DMR for the ECAC Championships running a 50.3 split in the 400 meters! Way to go brat!
John ran a 50.6 in the open 400 on April 12, 2008 at the US Merchant Marine Academy, in Kings Point, LI. AWESOMMMME!
